Terms of Use

1. Who you agree with

These terms are an agreement between you and Yunusemre Yıkılmaz, the individual developer who makes and runs CinemaXOX ("we"). By creating an account or playing, you accept them and our Privacy Policy. If you got the app from the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies; Apple is not a party to these terms and isn’t responsible for the game.

2. Who can play

You must be at least 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.

3. Your account

• One person per account. Don’t share, sell or transfer accounts.
• Guest accounts live on your device: if you lose the device or delete the app before signing in with Apple or Google, the progress can’t be recovered.
• You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account. It can’t be undone, and coins, jokers and premium in it are lost.

4. Usernames and behaviour

• No usernames that are offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonate someone (including us), or advertise.
• No harassment through invites, friend requests or repeated reports.
• You can block and report any player. We review reports and may rename, warn, suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, without refund of virtual items.

5. Fair play

No cheating, scripts, bots, multiple accounts to farm rewards, or exploiting bugs; tell us about bugs instead. Some opponents are computer-controlled and are marked with a bot icon.

6. Coins, jokers and premium

• Coins and jokers are a limited licence to use virtual items in the game. They have no cash value, can’t be exchanged for money or anything outside the game, and can’t be transferred.
• Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and follow their payment and refund rules. Where the law of your country gives you a right of withdrawal, you agree that digital content is delivered at once and that the right ends when it is delivered.
• Premium is a subscription that renews automatically through your store account unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in your store account settings.
• We may change prices and what items do, but not take away premium time you already paid for.

7. Game content

Film, series, award and cast data come from Wikidata (CC0), and photos from Wikimedia Commons under the licences shown in Credits. The data can contain gaps or errors; you can report an answer you believe is right. Film titles and names belong to their owners, and the game isn’t endorsed by any studio, actor or awards body.

8. The service

The game is provided “as is” and may change, have interruptions, or end. We may reset or rebalance progress if a bug or abuse requires it. If we shut the game down, we will announce it in the app at least 30 days before.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above changes with them, and significant changes are announced in the app. Playing after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Bursa have jurisdiction, without taking away the protection of the consumer laws of the country you live in.
